branch (in the Contents window) - an element in the knowledge tree with all its descendants (incl. its children). All elements in a branch can be processed with subset operations. For example, if you would like to review your physics material before an exam, you could select the Physics branch in the Contents window, and click Learn (Ctrl+L) at the bottom of the window. You can add new branches with Add and Insert (Ins) in the Contents window. The difference between a branch and a concept group is that the latter is associated with a concept. Only a few branches are concept groups.
